  I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The company that I work for is less than 10 minutes from this location. We therefore order from here all the time. Well not anymore as of today. My coworker and I really enjoy the tuna salad sandwiches that they make. Anyway, we had an issue with using our credit cards in the past and decided to place the order online. First the order took over an hour to get to us. Again we ordered tuna sandwhiches and are about less than 10 min away. So when we have our food delivered we open it and realize there is ketchup on both of the tuna sandwiches. My coworker explained that when she placed the order we asked for KETCHUP PACKETS ON THE SIDE. Who eats ketchup on tuna. So anyway I call to have the problem fixed and the manager on the phone was extremely rude stating he had a long day and we have a new president. He basically took his anger out on us because he made a mistake in the order and we have a new president. He made the statement, "Unless Jesus himself brings him the sandwiches he will not fix them." My coworker and I have spread word in this area for people to order from here along with our other coworkers. Now we have to spread word that this business is rude and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN, and i advise anyone else to be cautious. YOU WILL GET GOT HERE.

  We order from Romas at least twice a week and the food is always on point! If they mess up an order they will fix it right away without an attitude and reseller. We love the breakfast food too! Delicious!
