  Went to bowl with my girlfriend and her kid on 2/18/17. was told we shouldn't bowl because her kid was to young. I explained to the fat man in the red shirt that we had been there before. I asked for a ramp that kids use to bowl he lied and said they don't have one. And got vary rude when i told him i had been here before and i know hes wrong.
  then i later asked for a light ball from the guy. he said "we don't got any" i again told this guy i had been here before lol what a joke! this guys was vary rude will not be coming back to this place.
  The fat old rude guy behind the counter needs to be fired!!!

  There was a line to get a lane even though we called ahead. It didn't take long but the only issue are how they charge for the lanes. You have to go back to the desk when you want to extend a game vs. being able to extend the game from the kiosk. Makes no sense. Other locations have done this for years so I'm not sure why not here. Plus it should be by person not linked to the lane so if someone shifts lanes there is no differential. Food was fine but no refills since the kitchen was closed around 4pm. Given that the lanes are open til 10 that's a missed opportunity to sell a few more sodas etc...
